Out of love for our homeland, the “Cold Field”, we use only regional grown grains for our Cold Field Berry.

With lots of berry ingredients such as juniper, cranberry, elderberry, and blackcurrant, we have succeeded in creating a beautifully tart and dry gin that is excellent for mixing with tonic, but also just as suitable for cocktails. We attach great importance to using only ingredients from the local region. Tradition obliges.
