As Germany’s first Demeter-certified distillery, we at Betz Brennerei distil spirits in unique organic quality. The use of regional and sustainably grown ingredients is particularly important to us. That is why we work exclusively with strictly quality-controlled grain. We also place great value on gentle processing and are particularly careful in the production of the mash. During the mashing process, constant monitoring of the fermentation process is crucial. The subsequent distillation is the heart of our work: this is where our Betz Single Malt Whisky is born in unique organic quality.

For our Cold Field Gin Berry, we exclusively use biodynamically grown grain and refine it with finely balanced fruits, such as cranberry, elderberry, and blackcurrant. The fruity flavours give the gin a beautifully fruity and tart taste.
For the love of our ‘Heimat’ (our native region), the ‘Kalte Feld’, we produce our Cold Field Vodka from 100% regional grain – it gives the vodka its genuine Swabian taste. Our special filtration technique makes our Cold Field Vodka a real treat – whether neat or in a cocktail.
